ABOUT MY SERVICES

I work with individual adults and couples of all orientations.  As a somatic psychotherapist, I approach feelings and emotions from a body-oriented perspective. At times, emotions arise in body sensations that we may not be explicitly aware of. Through our work in therapy, I will help you become aware of those emotions, in the service of self-awareness, self-regulation and a building sense of self-support. 

Our work will include: help tracking your body sensations and movement impulses, noticing posture and gestures, and using guided grounding exercises to build awareness.
